Do note that the recommended number of photos is based on maintaining a clean and aesthetic layout, with 1–4 photos per page for balance and variation. You may send more photos than recommended, though some pages may need to fit more images in smaller sizes.

How do I share the photos?
It is very important to organize your selected photos in folders and/or chronological order so we can send you a design proposal that matches your expectations.
How to send your photos via Google Drive:
- Create a Google Drive folder (name it with Your Name - Your Order) and share view access with hello@k-lista.com.
- Upload the photos into the folder. Make sure to name the files with ascending numbers to match the chronological order you want.
- (Optional) You can also create separate folders within the main Google Drive folder according to chronological order.
How to send your photos via WeTransfer:
- Click on "Add Files" and select your files or folders.
- Email to hello@k-lista.com with the title: Your Name - Your Order.
For quality reasons, we highly encourage not uploading images from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and/or screenshot.
Will the images be blurry when printed?
To ensure your photo book or album looks its best, we highly recommend using high-resolution images — ideally straight from your camera or phone. Try to avoid photos that have been downloaded from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or screenshots, as these are often compressed and may appear pixelated when printed.
Also, keep in mind that there may be slight differences between how colors appear on screen vs. in print. Screens display colors using light (RGB), while printed pages use ink (CMYK), so things like vibrancy or certain shades (especially neon tones or very dark blacks) may vary slightly. Hex codes don’t always translate perfectly to print, but rest assured — we never compress or alter your original file format.
We’ll always do our best to preserve the quality and color integrity of every photo you send.
Can I send fewer or more photos than the number stated?
The recommended number of photos is to ensure that each page isn’t too cramped with too many small photos. The fewer photos you send, the more space we have for each photo to appear larger on the page. So yes, it's possible to fit in more photos than the recommended number if you’re okay with each page having more photos, which might make it look a tad cramped.
What happens after I checkout?
After you check out:
- We will send a confirmation message via WhatsApp for your order.
- It will take 2-3 working days to arrange the photos, and you will be entitled to 2 revisions.
- Once the photo arrangement is final, it will take approximately 3 weeks to process your order, from printing to shipping.
